IntraEdge understands the necessity to provide comprehensive insurance benefits for our eligible employees, and strives to provide the highest quality benefits at a reasonable cost.
IntraEdge provides employer sponsored insurance benefits only to W-2 status employees who work on a permanent and full time basis. The employers premium contribution rate will be determined by applying payroll classifications of salary or hourly employees.
Those associates who are on a W-2 status but are performing work on a temporary basis are not eligible to participate in the benefit plans. This applies to any associate who is on a term contract or conditional employment contract.
Intraedge does not provide employer sponsored benefits to any type of 1099 status associates.
Employer sponsored benefits include group medical, group dental, group life, and group disability insurance coverage.
